Register your young engineer.

Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment. By registering my child for a GoSolar! Kidz class, camp, workshop, or program, I understand and agree that:

• My child will participate in hands-on STEM activities, which may include building solar-powered toys and using small parts, basic tools, craft materials, motors, wheels, wires, and related learning supplies.
• Activities may take place indoors and/or outdoors, depending on the program.
• GoSolar! Kidz will take reasonable steps to provide a safe, supervised, and age-appropriate learning environment.
• I confirm that my child is able to participate and that I have provided all necessary medical, allergy, emergency contact, and support information during registration.
• In case of illness, injury, or emergency, I authorize GoSolar! Kidz staff and/or the host organization to contact the emergency contacts listed and seek appropriate medical care if needed.
• I am responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up according to the program schedule and location instructions.
• My child is expected to follow instructor directions, use materials safely, stay with the group, and treat classmates, instructors, property, and supplies with respect.
• Unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may result in parent/guardian contact, early pick-up, or removal from the program.
• GoSolar! Kidz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• I release GoSolar! Kidz, its owners, staff, instructors, contractors, volunteers, partner schools, host organizations, and affiliates from claims related to ordinary participation in the program, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
