Garden Know-How

Program Overview

Where curious kids become indoor gardeners.

In this class, students learn how to grow a garden indoors using only water — no dirt. This method is called hydroponic growing, and it lets you grow food organically, without pesticides, all year round.

Once students learn the basics of hydroponics, they plant their very first microgreen plant — and gain the skills to keep growing fresh, healthy food at home.

Parent Reviews

From the families who came back.

My daughter came home talking about photovoltaic cells. She's seven. Go Solar! Kidz made science feel like an adventure she wanted to keep going.

Four mornings, four builds, zero meltdowns. The instructors are calm, patient, and clearly love what they do. We've already signed up for next summer.

He's still racing his solar car around the kitchen floor a month later. Worth every dollar and then some — and the take-home project hooked him on engineering.
