What We Stand For

Hands Dirty for Clean Energy.

Five words that capture exactly who we are. We believe the best way to understand solar energy isn't to read about it — it's to build with it, test it, and watch it work in your own two hands.

Our Belief

Solar education should feel like discovery.

We believe solar learning shouldn't feel boring or overly technical. It should feel like building, testing, exploring, and creating. It should give children the confidence to say four powerful words: "I made this, and it works."

Our Pillars

Four ideas at the heart of our brand.

Hands Dirty for Clean Energy

Our founder's phrase, and our north star. Kids learn by doing — building, testing, asking questions, and solving real problems with the sun.

Learning by Doing

We don't just talk about clean energy — we build with it. Every program is hands-on, practical, and designed to make ideas stick.

Solar as Everyday Magic

When a child watches sunlight power a fan with no outlet in sight, something clicks. We turn that wonder into real understanding.

Confidence & Creativity

Beyond the science, we build makers — kids who trust their own ideas and have the creativity to bring them to life.

Our Vision

A generation that grows up with the sun.

Just as computers became familiar through schools and libraries, we believe solar learning can begin early — in classrooms, after-school programs, camps, parks, and community spaces. We dream of children everywhere growing up with the knowledge, confidence, and creativity to use solar energy in practical ways: in personal projects, in their homes and gardens, and maybe one day in careers in clean energy, engineering, and technology.

Ready to get those hands dirty?

Every GoSolar! Kidz program is built on these ideas — designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and turn sunlight into something kids can hold, use, and be proud of.
